NAS was established in 2003 and was admitted as an Active Member pursuant to the Anukret No. 18 HNKR. BK. dated 19 March 2003 on the Organization and Functions of the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors ("KICPAA"), NAS provides audit, tax, accounting, and business consulting services to individuals, corporations and nonprofit organization.
